    I have once again restarted my work out routine. I probably shouldn’t make such a declaration until I’ve been into it for about a week…But I think I’ll keep this one up for at least the rest of the summer. Here’s my routine:

    • Stretching — 5 minutes
    • Treadmill (125 HR) — 30 minutes
    • Machine chest press — 2 sets, 10 reps
    • Lateral Pull-Down — 2 sets, 10 reps
    • Machine chest-fly — 2 sets, 10 reps
    • Reverse crunches – 2 sets, 50 reps
    • Supermans — 2 sets, 15 reps
    • Machine leg curl — 2 sets, 12 reps
    • Assisted tricep Dip — 2 sets, 12 reps
    • Machine bicep curl — 2 sets, 10 reps
    • Hammer curl — 2 sets, 10 reps
    • French press — 2 sets, 10 reps
    • Standing bicep curl — 2 sets, 10 reps

    My goal is not really to lose weight but to get in shape. If anyone who is experienced in working out would like to comment, I’d welcome suggestions/alterations.
